Time Management to Avoid Stress

While you are busy with a job, 24 hours a day as if it was never enough. That is a sign if you are governed by time. Because, when it should be under our control, and not vice versa.

If it continues you experienced in a long time, to the extent that you can no longer distinguish when morning, noon and night, you should immediately take steps to re-regulate the rhythm of your work, so you can re-live a healthy and normal.
Focus on yourself to get the job done on time. Make sure every detail is resolved with a good job, so you no longer need to revise, where by doing a revision of course will take you more time, which time you should be able to use to complete the next task. Do not delay longer to finish a job. The more the delay the more time is wasted and makes you more lazy to finish it.

If you're feeling stressed, take time-out about 10-15 minutes to restore your freshness. How can the drinking water, stretching the muscles, the roads out of the room work to relieve tired, calling someone you care about or wash your face with water.
